Tucked in one of Bangkok’s most vibrant and well-connected neighbourhoods, this 30-year-old condo in Sala Daeng sits at the intersection of city life. With close access to BTS and MRT lines, its location offers both energy and ease—making it an ideal home for a growing family. This project was a response not only to wear and tear, but to a desire to create a refreshed, functional, and uplifting space that could continue to support the family's evolving needs—while honouring the stories already rooted within its walls.

The colour palette for the daughter’s bedroom was thoughtfully curated to reflect the personality and current phase of life—elegant, grounded, and gracefully transitioning into adulthood. It’s a room designed to grow with her, capturing the calm and clarity she values while still embracing the delicate charm of her individuality.

In the bedroom, we created a cohesive space that allows for both rest and productivity—integrating a long shared desk, ample storage, and a display wall that gives personality to the room without overwhelming it. The lighting design was a key feature, with warm indirect lighting creating a soft atmosphere, while layered task lighting supports everyday activities.
Construction Phase
During the construction phase of S.L.D. Condo, two key processes were carried out. The first was the renovation phase, which involved updating and improving the existing structures to meet modern standards. The second was the built-in installation phase, where customized furniture and functional design elements were carefully integrated to enhance both aesthetics and practicality throughout the space.
Renovation
The renovation phase focuses on transforming and upgrading the existing space to meet the new design vision. This includes essential work such as painting, flooring, ceiling installation, and updating plumbing and other utility systems. Our team manages every detail to ensure quality craftsmanship and a smooth process, laying the foundation for the built-in phase and the final design execution.
Built-in Furniture
During the built-in phase, our skilled technicians take over to bring the design to life. This stage includes precise carpentry and woodwork, custom glass installations, and attention to every detail of the built-in elements. From fabrication to on-site installation, we ensure that each piece fits seamlessly into the space, combining aesthetics with durability and functionality. Our team works meticulously to deliver a flawless finish that reflects the design vision and enhances the overall living experience.
